1. Products & Personalization

GiftHamper offers personalized gifts, candles, gift hampers, customized merchandise, and corporate gifting products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photographs, messages, designs, logos, and other personalization details required to process their order.

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has started, changes to the order or personalization details may not be possible.

2. Payment Terms

We accept payments through authorized payment gateways and payment methods displayed during checkout.

Personalized orders are generally targeted for dispatch within 48–58 hours after:

• Confirmation of the order, and
• Receipt of all required personalization details.

Orders requiring additional customization, clarification, or approval may take longer.

The dispatch timeline does not represent the final delivery timeline. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, and other operational factors.

4. Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, appearance, size, packaging, finishing, or other product characteristics may occur due to screen settings, lighting, material availability, handmade processes, or other production factors.

Such minor variations may not be considered product defects.

5. Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any photographs, logos, artwork, designs, messages, names, or other content provided for personalization can legally be used.

By submitting such content, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide the content for their order.

GiftHamper is not responsible for any claims arising from customer-provided content.

6. Pricing & Availability

Product prices, specifications, designs, and availability may change from time to time without prior notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, or other information may occasionally occur.

GiftHamper reserves the right to correct such errors and update product information when necessary.

7. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities, customization requirements, payment terms, packaging specifications, and processing timelines.

Specific terms for such orders may be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.
